Questions

Frequently Asked
Questions

Who is the BrykSquad Training Audit for?+

The Training Audit is for anyone serious about improving their training. Whether you're a powerlifter, bodybuilder, powerbuilder, or general lifter, I'll evaluate your training based on your specific goals and what you're trying to accomplish.

What exactly will you review?+

I'll look at your training videos, current program, recent training history, goals, and the context surrounding your performance — including sleep, recovery, nutrition, and bodyweight trends when relevant. The goal is to understand the whole picture, not just judge a few individual exercises.

Do I need to be a powerlifter?+

No. You do not need to train the squat, bench press, and deadlift or compete in powerlifting. The audit is built around your training and your goals, whether that's getting stronger, building muscle, improving technique, or breaking through a plateau.

How many videos can I submit?+

You can submit up to 5 training videos. I'll use those videos alongside your program and training history to identify meaningful patterns rather than making recommendations based on a single set.

What if I don't know what's wrong?+

That's exactly what the audit is for. You don't need to diagnose your own problem before submitting. Tell me what's frustrating you or where you've been stuck, and I'll use your training, videos, and context to identify what I think is actually holding you back.

Will you write me a new training program?+

No. The Training Audit is designed to diagnose and prioritize, not build an entirely new program from scratch. You'll receive specific recommendations for what I'd change in your current training and why. If you want ongoing programming and coaching, that's what my 1:1 coaching is for.

Is this a nutrition audit?+

No. Nutrition and recovery information is collected as performance context for your training diagnosis. If your nutrition, bodyweight trend, sleep, or recovery is clearly affecting your ability to progress, I'll identify it and explain what I'd address. This does not include a separate meal plan or comprehensive nutrition consultation.

How much feedback will I receive?+

This is a deep-dive personalized assessment, not a quick form check. I'll review your submitted videos and training in detail, identify the highest-impact blindspots, explain why they matter, and give you a prioritized action plan for what I'd address first.

How long does the audit take?+

Once I have everything I need, you'll receive your completed audit within 48–72 hours during the business week. Submissions received on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

What if my training is already good?+

That's completely fine. The goal isn't to manufacture problems. If your training is solid, I'll tell you what's working and identify the biggest opportunities I see for continued progress.

What happens after I purchase?+

You'll receive an email with complete submission instructions explaining exactly what to send, including your training videos, current program, goals, recent training history, and relevant performance context. Once I have everything I need, I'll begin your audit.

Is this ongoing coaching?+

No. The Training Audit is a one-time assessment. You'll receive individualized feedback and recommendations based on your current situation. Ongoing programming, check-ins, adjustments, and coaching are available separately through 1:1 coaching.

About Your Coach

You don't necessarily need more information. You need someone who can look at everything you're doing and identify the things you can't see yourself.

I'm Jeromy Bryk — strength coach, competitive powerlifter, natural bodybuilder, and creator of the Powertrain Method.

I've been training and competing for over a decade, with a background spanning both powerlifting and natural bodybuilding. That experience has shaped the way I coach: I don't view strength and muscle as separate pursuits. I believe building muscle is one of the most powerful tools you have for getting stronger, and intelligent strength training can drive better hypertrophy and performance.

I've competed at a high level in drug-tested powerlifting, including an 804 lb competition squat, while also spending years training specifically for natural bodybuilding and physique development. As a coach, I've worked with lifters and athletes across the spectrum — from people looking to build their first strong, muscular body to experienced competitors chasing their next level of performance.

My approach is simple: look at the whole picture. Your programming. Your exercise selection. Your technique. Your progression. Your recovery. Your nutrition. Your goals. Then figure out what actually matters. That's what the BrykSquad Training Audit is designed to do.
